Kids Cooking Club - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) What is Kids Cooking Club? Kids Cooking Club works like a "book-of-the-month" club. We deliver a theme cooking project including ingredients, a newsletter, and special cooking gift right to your door. You can enroll as a Kids Cooking Club member for a single month for $14.95 plus shipping, or 3, 6, or 12 month memberships are available. What age groups are suitable for Kids Cooking Club? We gear our monthly cooking projects for children age 3 to early teen. In each month's newsletter, we highlight the age appropriate tasks for each age group. Younger children will need more adult supervision, whereas older kids can read the newsletter and do more of the projects themselves. What does it cost to join Kids Cooking Club? Each month's membership is $14.95, plus $5.00 for shipping, for total of $19.95 per month. If you enroll in more than one month, you will save money. Membership programs include: 3 Months $56.00 (includes shipping) 6 Months $112.00 (includes shipping) 12 Months $224.00 (includes shipping) When do I receive my Kids Cooking Club projects? We usually ship out the monthly projects around the 10th of each month via UPS ground service from San Diego, CA, so depending on where you live, members will receive their packages sometime in the middle of the month. All new memberships placed will ship current month inventory unless you specifically tell us the month you'd like the membership to start in the "Special Instructions/Add a Gift Card Message" section on the order form. What is included with Kids Cooking Club projects? We include the non-perishable ingredients for the featured monthly cooking projects, along with a newsletter that includes instructions, recipes and other fun ideas, plus a special cooking gift each month. Can I send out a gift card with my Kids Cooking Club Membership? Yes, Kids Cooking Club memberships and Kids Cooking Kits make a great gift! We will include a special gift card along with your order when you add the greeting to the “Special Instructions/Add a Gift Card Message” section on the order form. How can I pay for my Kids Cooking Club Membership? We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. You can also pay for your membership via check or money order prior to your membership starting. I have a coupon good for one free kit. What is this good for? With your coupon, if you enroll in a 3 month paid membership to Kids Cooking Club, we will include 1 free Kids Cooking Kit (similar to the one you received the coupon in) with your order. The cost of a 3-month membership is $56.00 that includes shipping. Can I ship to PO Box? No, we can only ship to at street address, and limit membership to United States customers only. What are the monthly Kids Cooking Club projects? Check out "What's Cooking"! Each project is enough to keep a couple of children busy in the kitchen learning how to cook, along with kitchen safety, and nutritional information. How do I know when my Kids Cooking Club membership expires? We send out a renewal notice when your membership expires. You can renew or extend your membership by telephone, or via our web sit at www.kidscook.com
